A beautiful and iconic scene in Disney's Tangled - the floating lights.
I am in such an art slump right now, it's scaring me a little. Please bear with me. My nails seem to be the only canvas I can manage right now.
Materials used: foundation sponge, small paint brush
Gradient: OPI "Sparrow Me The Drama", American Apparel "Dynasty", American Apparel "Mount Royal"
Lanterns: China Glaze "Lemon Fizz", American Apparel "Rose Bowl", Nubar 2010 (for glowing effect)
Castle and boat: Black and white acrylic paint

This is perfect!! I'm running in the Princess Half Marathon in Disney World next weekend and I'm being Rapunzel and this will be perfect for my nails!!
